Nonobvious Obstructive Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) is not always an obvious diagnosis. A recent study of nonobvious, obstructive MGD concluded that patients could have as few as six functional glands before presenting symptoms of the disease.
