Blepharitis: Inflammation, Infection or Infestation?

Alan Kabat, OD, of the Southern College of Optometry, discusses the various forms of blepharitis, such as staphylococcal blepharitis, seborrheic blepharitis, and Demodex. He discusses how in the past, the same treatment modalities were used for all forms of blepharitis; however, there are now newer modalities available that are designed to treat specific forms of the condition.
