Understanding Corneal Hysteresis in Glaucoma

It has long been suspected that corneal biomechanical properties influence the results and outcomes of various ocular measurements and procedures. The Ocular Response Analyzer (Reichert, Buffalo, NY) provides a new measurement of corneal tissue properties called Corneal Hysteresis (CH) that is a result of viscous damping in the corneal tissue.
